"Keli and I have been together since 1996 where we met in high school and fell in love. We have two beautiful children and one (soon to be two amazing grandbabies). Recently, we decided to start looking for a house as it was time for us to have something to call our own. Our good friend Angie told us she had a friend who has been doing real estate for a bit and that she grew up with him. Little did we know that Scott would turn out to be so amazing and fast. I contacted him via text message to inquire if he would like to be our agent as we had received his number via a mutual friend. Scott immediately said yes and that was the start of what I will call an amazing friendship. I sent him Keli and I’s pre-approval letter that day and later that night we looked at our first property together. Pulling up to the house we didn’t know what to expect but it was a great surprise as he was very laid back but extremely professional. He already had all the information printed on the house and instantly pointed out a few of his own concerns with the house which included potential structure issues.

After our first meeting Keli and I knew that it would only be a matter of time before we found our house. Later that night while texting with Scott we were able to set up 9 (you read that right) 9 viewings for that next day. The most impressive part was Scott had already mapped out how we would view each house. He had each house in order with all pertinent information attached. As we went through each house we discussed our likes and dislikes. One house was so smokey we literally walked in and out deciding it wasn’t worth it.

Finally, the last property of the day turned out to be the one. Instantly we fell in love and as we were deciding what to do with the offer it was Scott who helped guide us with suggestions and assistance. He made sure that it was as smooth a process as possible. He assisted with literally everything from the offer, to the inspection, to the lawyer, and down to the homeowners warranty.

The best part came after our closing, Scott showed up with his wife and truly awesome son to take a picture in front our new home. In the end we met a real estate agent who is now a friend and we couldn’t be happier.
